Dear Valued Customer,

We previously observed degraded performance across some of our services, which began around [12:00 AM PST May 1, 2025] and lasted to [02:30 AM PST May 1, 2025 . During this time, you may have experienced issues such as slower speeds, increased latency, or intermittent connectivity.

This degradation was caused by unplanned emergency maintenance performed by one or more of our upstream internet carriers. This maintenance was outside of our direct control but impacted the network paths connecting to our services.

Our network operations team identified the issue and actively monitored the situation throughout the event. We were in communication with the affected upstream carriers to understand the scope and duration of their maintenance.

Service has now been fully resolved. We are continuing to monitor the affected services and conduct quality assurance measures to ensure ongoing stability and performance.

We understand the importance of reliable service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this disruption caused. We appreciate your patience as we worked with our partners to restore normal performance.
