RESOLUTION: Ireland Data Center Migration Successfully Completed

We are thrilled to announce that the Ireland Data Center migration has been successfully completed, significantly ahead of the original 1:00 AM GMT+1 schedule!
All services are now online.

ArmorPoint Ireland Operations
We have excellent news regarding the Ireland Data Center migration!
Phase 2 is now officially complete, and we have made significant progress on Phase 3. Our team has been working efficiently and is significantly ahead of the original schedule.
Anticipated Service Restoration
Due to this accelerated progress, we now expect to start restoring services within the next hour!
The remaining time of the originally planned maintenance window (until the initial 1:00 AM GMT+1 E.T.C.) will be used for final, rigorous validation and stability checks to ensure everything is operating at peak performance.
Current Impact Summary
The following services are still temporarily offline but are preparing for restoration:
- ArmorPoint SIEM Platform
- ArmorPoint Mobile App access
- Log collection
As a reminder, your Security Monitoring & Incident Response and EDR Monitoring have remained fully operational throughout this entire process.
We will send the final “All Clear” announcement once all services are fully restored and confirmed stable. Thank you for your patience and flexibility today!

Phase 2 of 3 is now close to completion.
Status: Running ahead of schedule and transitioning to the final phase soon.
Estimated Completion: While we are currently ahead of pace, the estimated completion time remains conservatively set at 1:00 AM GMT+1. This allows us to ensure a thorough and careful validation during the critical final phase before we restore service.
